Following the first-ever Chevening disability-targeted workshop last year, a record number of persons with disabilities (10) made it to the Chevening interviews and 5 of them received conditional and reserve awards. the British High Commission in partnership with the Christian Blind Mission (CBM) Country Office will be organizing another targeted application workshop for qualified candidates from disability communities in Nigeria.
We want to increase the number even further. We believe that all persons living with disabilities in Nigeria and across the world deserve equal representation and opportunities and indeed have what it takes to contribute meaningfully to the leadership and development of their communities.
Please provide answers to the questions below to help us determine your eligibility for the Chevening programme and provide necessary accommodations to help you get the most from the workshop. Formal invites will be sent round to selected participants from Friday 13 July 2018.
